The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) issued new banknotes of various denominations through its 16 offices of the subsidiary SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) during the days leading up to Eid-Ul-Azha.
SBP BSC has provided sufficient supply of the notes to the commercial banks for smooth distribution among the general public and account holders. Special teams from the SBP BSC will inspect and ensure the proper working of the ATMs in the following days.
