Charges
No admin fee is applicable for all foreign currency transaction orders. However the transaction is subject to GST as per government rule; which will be paid by the customer.

Law and Jurisdiction
Our relationship shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of India. Any dispute, which cannot be resolved between us, shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of India.
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Ernakulam shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by banknotestreet and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Ernakulam. The High Court of judicature at Ernakulam alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against all liability, claims, damages, loss or costs or expense of any kind or nature suffered by us or instituted against us by a third party howsoever arising from your access to the Website or your breach of any of the terms and conditions mentioned above;
If you breach any of the terms and conditions, then we may, without prejudice to any of our other rights and without notice to you, we may stop or suspend your use of the Service and the Website.
